Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable - what is it - do i need it - Explained

What is Visual C++ Redistributables?

 "Run-time components of Visual C++ Libraries required to run applications developed"
         When Software Engineers write/create software, they often use Microsoft Visual C++  standard libraries, Standard Libraries are the collections of pre-written software provided by Visual C++ for programmers to use. Therefore, Engineers don’t have to write common sequences of code again. Instead, they can use these libraries of software that are pre-written and  tested by either years of use or Microsoft’s own testing efforts.
